Leigh Devine
Licensed Clinical Social Worker

 

Leigh received a Bachelors Degree in Social Work from Eastern Michigan University. In 2011 she received a Masters Degree in Social Work from Indiana University at Indianapolis after working in schools, the foster care system, healthcare settings, and home/ community based services. Leigh integrates an assortment of treatment modalities into the outpatient therapy space such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Solutions-Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems to offer personalized treatment. Primary influencers of Leigh’s work with clients over the past 10 years include John and Julie Gottman, Esther Perel, Elisabeth Kubler-Ross, Temple Grandin, and Peter Levine. 
Leigh is also certified in a treatment method for disordered eating called EDIT.

Leigh accepts multiple commercial insurance plans, medicaid and out of pocket forms of payment.

Dawn Lambert
Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Dawn specializes in anxiety, depression and adjustment-to-life changes including accepting chronic illness and working through grief.

She believes therapy is a collaborative, individualized process, and recognizes that healing looks different for every client. Dawn views the world through a lens of curiosity, and combines that with empathy, logic, and creativity to address each client’s unique goals.
Through a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space, clients are invited to enter a path into discovery and enrichment which presents openings to explore thought patterns and changes they seek to make in their lives. Realizing change can be overwhelming, Dawn develops treatment plans using cognitive behavioral strategies enhanced by the acceptance commitment therapy approach of values-based change.
She utilizes self-compassion tools as well as mindfulness, person-centered and strengths-based techniques, all while honoring clients’ unique needs as a way of helping them achieve balance and an attitude of acceptance.
Dawn is accepting new clients both virtually and in person at the Westfield, IN, location.

Tatenda About Me

Tatenda Kunaka 
Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Tatenda received her Bachelor’s in Psychology from IUPUI and her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marian University Indianapolis. Tatenda has worked in a variety of settings including schools, an inpatient psychiatric hospital, and in community mental health as a mental health therapist. Tatenda has experience working with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, adjustment issues, mood disorders, trauma/trauma related issues, and communication issues.

 

Tatenda enjoys working with middle adolescence and adults. She is committed to helping individuals navigate daily stressors and life challenges. She is passionate about helping people improve well-being and become the best version of themselves. Tatenda uses a variety of approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, person centered therapy, and strengths-based therapy.

In her free time, Tatenda enjoys playing tennis with friends, doing yoga, and traveling.

Tatenda is accepting clients both virtually and in person at the Westfield location.

Lindsea Kelley
Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate

Lindsea has a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Eastern Michigan University. She received her Master’s Degree in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling from Walden University. Lindsea has extensive experience working with developmental disorders and providing in-home therapy as well as services focused on substance use.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is Lindsea's main therapeutic modality. She also incorporates Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused practices when working with clients. Lindsea prefers to adapt the therapeutic approach to meet the needs of the client. Lindsea is eager to make a positive impact in the community by assisting clients achieve their individual goals.

Lindsea is able to see clients with Anthem, BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, Medicaid and reduced out of pocket rates. She is available for virtual or in person appointments at our Westfield location.

Addison About Me

Addison Rump
Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate

After graduating from Indiana University Bloomington with a degree in Psychology, Addison received her Masters in Counseling at IUPUI. Addison specializes in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and loves working with teens and adults to help develop coping skills to manage life stressors and mental health. She has worked in a variety of settings, including a recovery center for substance abuse, an outpatient mental health center for those struggling with severe mental illnesses, and the IPS school system. Addison utilizes several treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solutions-Focused, Strength Based, and Person-Centered Therapy. In her free time, Addison enjoys being outside, going to the gym, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Addison is accepting clients 13+ for in person and virtual appointments. She accepts Aetna, Anthem, BCBS, Cigna, Medicaid and reduced rate out of pocket forms of payment.

Melissa Wilson 
Licensed Clinical Social Worker

​Melissa attended Butler University and then received a Masters Degree at Indiana University in Indianapolis. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 14 years of experience and specializes in providing support for anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, substance use, and serious illnesses. She offers a personalized and holistic approach to care, utilizing evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy). Melissa aims to create a safe and open environment conducive to addressing concerns and developing coping strategies aligned with individual values.

Melissa is in network with several commercial insurance companies, including Medicaid and also accepts out of pocket forms of payment.

Adaliah Brown
Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate

Adaliah attended Indiana University and then Christian Theological Seminary for a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Her work with individuals and couples is often focused on promoting self-esteem and improving overall well-being and functioning. She specializes in trauma-informed and spiritually integrated therapy for adults aged 18 and above, offering a safe and supportive space for those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and SMI diagnosis. Adaliah integrates evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, psychodynamic elements, and somatic skills to empower her clients to navigate mental health challenges, develop healthy coping strategies, and cultivate a sense of peace and fulfillment. She is passionate about working with her clients to build self-esteem, improve self-confidence, and embrace personal growth. Adaliah is accepting new clients both virtually and in person at the Westfield location, as well as in person at our east side satellite location, located at New Beginnings Fellowship Church.

She accepts Cigna, Aetna, BCBS, Anthem, Medicaid, and offers out-of-pocket payment options.

Mackenzie Sims
Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling

Mackenzie graduated from Walden University with a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She completed her internship at Lotus of Life, and we are thrilled that she has chosen to remain a part of our team as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. Mackenzie incorporates a variety of therapeutic techniques into her work with adolescent and adult clients, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Theory, and Psychodynamic Theory. She engages best with children and younger clients using several forms of play such as games, role play, art/ coloring, and sand tray. Mackenzie accepts some insurance plans and self-pay forms of payment.
 

 Jennifer Roland
Masters Level Intern

As a Master's level Social Work Intern, Jennifer is completing her MSW degree with Lotus of Life Counseling. Her 12 years as a high school teacher have influenced her passion for forming new connections, particularly with teenagers and young adults, and assisting them in coping with life's challenges and the stress that often follows. Jennifer's approach to building a trusting therapeutic relationship is warm, empathetic, collaborative, non-judgmental, and person-centered. She finds fulfillment in understanding each person's heart, guiding them to recognize their worth, and encouraging them while they navigate life's obstacles and manage emotional stress. Jennifer is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and also incorporates Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, and strengths-based techniques to understand and empower her clients much like how she has supported numerous students in the past. Jennifer follows Dr. Wolfelt's philosophy of companioning the mourner and is a member of the Association of Death Education and Counseling. She is currently accepting new clients for both virtual and in-person sessions at the Westfield location.

Emily Katter
Licensed Social Worker

Emily completed her Bachelor’s in Social Work from Cedarville University and her Master’s in Social Work from Campbellsville University. Emily completed her Internship with Lotus of Life in 2021 during her Master's program. We are thrilled she has decided to rejoin our team as a Licensed Social Worker. She has a background in working with children and teens dealing with anxiety, emotional disabilities, trauma, and developmental delays. Her experience includes after-school programs, summer camps, and school settings. Emily is skilled in helping kids with emotional regulation, coping skills, and perspective-taking. She focuses on building strong relationships with kids and utilizes play therapy, narrative therapy, and art therapy to engage with her clients. Emily is available for clients aged 7-18 in person at the Westfield office and virtually. She accepts some insurance and offers reduced self-pay rates at this time.

Emily Blough earned her Bachelor of Social Work in 2022 and her Master of Social Work in 2023 from the esteemed Indiana University School of Social Work. With a solid foundation in social work, she possesses extensive experience working with children and adolescents who face challenges such as depression, anxiety, complex trauma, emotional disabilities, and developmental delays.
Emily’s diverse background includes valuable roles in various settings, including school-based environments, Social Emotional Learning group initiatives, and community outreach programs. She is proficient in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness techniques, and play therapy, enabling her to tailor her approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
Adopting a strengths-based and systems perspective, Emily ensures that every client is recognized for their individual experiences and needs. She is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive therapeutic environment that empowers young people aged 10 to 18.
Through her compassionate approach and commitment to professional development, Emily strives to make a meaningful impact in the lives of her clients, helping them navigate their challenges and achieve their personal goals.
Emily’s availability includes evenings and weekends at both the Westfield and Sheridan locations and virtually. She accepts a range of insurance plans and offers reduced-rate self-pay options.

Amy Umbarger   
Masters Level Therapist

Amy earned her Bachelor's degree from Eastern Illinois University and a Master's in Mental Health & School Counseling from Butler University. She is a compassionate, empathetic, and experienced mental health therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with confidence and courage. 
With a client-centered approach, Amy uses evidence-based therapeutic techniques to empower clients to achieve meaningful change. She believes in collaboration and creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, set boundaries, develop coping skills, and build a path toward healing and personal growth.


Amy has experience in a variety of settings including education, outpatient, nonprofits, supporting survivors of trafficking, and working with neurodivergent individuals. She enjoys working with older teens and adults, helping her clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, work stress, life transitions, and more.
With her experience in education, Amy is passionate about working with educators who pour themselves into the lives of the next generation.
